Clint G. Mondano - Basketball Head Coach
Clint Mondano, a native of Mainit, Surigao del Norte. Brings over seven years of experience as either a head or assistant coach for the elementary and high school level, and was most recently a head coach with the Royal Oaks International School during the 2004-09 seasons. Prior to joining to NEMCO Basketball. Mondano spent five years as head coach at Royal Oaks International School, where his 2007-08 teams won the Mandaue City Amateur Basketball Association championship trophy.
Mondano’s coaching career began as a head coach at the Mainit National High School, in Mainit, Surigao del Norte in 2001. Mondano led Mainit National High School to its first Secondary Basketball Tournament Championship. He returned to his alma mater in 2010 as a head coach, helping guide MNHS Lakers to a 6-0 record, winning the Araw ng Mainit Inter-Secondary Basketball Tournament in 2010. Mondano also helped Barangay Magsaysay won its third Mayor’s Cup Basketball Tournament in an undefeated record of 6-0.
Mondano is a 2003 graduate at Saint Paul University, where finished his Bachelor in Secondary Education degree major in Mathematics.
EDGAR LISONDRA (Sports Coordinator and General Manager)
Entering his 2010 season with the NEMCO Warriors, Edgar Lisondra brings to the team over 30 years of basketball experience as both a player and a basketball enthusiast , along with a wealth of knowledge.
He is a hands on sports coordinator of the North Eastern Mindanao Colleges for years already.His keen eye for talent and tremendous leadership skills have been acquired from years of working as a professional, college, and basketball player.
Edgar is optimistic about the future of the warriors given the right group of players and a team with great working ethics.
